Are there any tips/guidelines for taking ID Confirmation Photo?

The ID Confirmation Photo is nothing but basically a photo of you/ the account holder holding your ID with a handwritten note stating ‘NIOC Exchange, Today’s Date, and Your Signature’.

Below is a checklist of the things you should keep in mind when uploading the ID Confirmation Photo.

  • The details on the ID should be readable and shouldn’t be blurry.
  • The ID should be held in your left hand.
  • The handwritten note must include our company name – NIOC Exchange, today’s date, and your signature.
  • The handwritten note should be held in your right hand.

Pay extra attention when writing the handwritten note as even a minor difference can lead to the rejection of your KYC verification.
