You may also choose to provide us with your phone number for 2FA verification process through SMS, or Google Authenticator which helps in ensuring improved security. 

  • Information we collect when authenticating user identity
    In order to stay compliant with the global industry regulatory standards including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Know-Your-Customer (KYC), we require users account to undergo an identity authentication process at both personal and enterprise levels. This requires us to collect information for formal identification.

  • Service Usage Information
    When you use our platform, we monitor and collect information related to your use viz. access, device identification, date & time, browser type, operating system, and IP address. All such information will be directly obtained by either NIOC Exchange or through any third party services. The information collected is used to ensure our interface is accessible for users across all platforms and it might also be used during instances of criminal investigations. 

  • Transaction Information
    Regardless of personal and enterprise user accounts, we gather transaction information such as account balances, deposit snapshots, trade history, order activity, withdrawals, and distribution history. The transaction data is supervised for suspicious trading activities to maintain user fraud protection and legal case resolution.  


  • To provide and maintain our services
    We use the information collected from you to deliver our services and verify user identity.  We use the IP address and unique identifiers stored in your device’s cookies to help us authenticate your identity and provide our service. Given our legal obligations and system requirements, we cannot provide you with services without data like identification, contact information and transaction-related information.

    The information gathered will be used to protect the users’ accounts and archives on our platform.
